
Namaste! I’m Amrita Sharma Tongia, Co-founder of YogaAdhyayan and a certified Yoga teacher with over a decade of experience. I trained for 900 hours at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and have led centres in Mumbai and Indore, guided corporate and community wellness programs, and conducted sessions for teachers in training. I’ve had the joy of working with children, expectant mothers, special needs students, and many other diverse groups.
By education, I hold a Master’s in Business Law and have practiced at the Bombay High Court, which has strengthened my analytical, organizational, and mentoring skills—qualities I bring into my Yoga teaching and workshops.
