
Namaste, my name is Rahul Singh. I am a certified yoga trainer with eight years of teaching experience, specialising in classical yoga practices that support overall fitness and help manage lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, thyroid imbalance, constipation, chronic back pain, and more.
I hold a PG Diploma in Yoga from UPRTOU and have completed 200 hours TTC from the International Yoga Alliance along with training at Patanjali Yogpeeth.
I have worked as a yoga trainer at Bhav Yoga Training Center, as an anchor yoga trainer for Yog4Lyf Channel, and currently run Ishavasya Yoga & Relaxation, offering online and offline therapeutic yoga classes.
My work includes conducting yoga retreats in Manali, delivering workshops in schools, and facilitating yoga sessions for overseas participants and those pursuing yoga professionally.
