De Divyansh Jain

I am Dr Divyansh Jain, a certified Level-6 Yoga Therapist, recognized by the Yoga Certification Board under the Ministry of Ayush, and hold a Ph.D. in Ashtang Yoga from Lakulish Yoga University. My academic journey also includes an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA Yoga University and foundational training through YIC and the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga.

Over the past three years, I’ve worked as a yoga coach at Desh Bandhu College (University of Delhi), served as a senior yoga therapist at AROGYAM in Rajasthan, and contributed to research projects for ICSSR and various government ministries. I’ve led yoga sessions and lectures across schools, colleges, and national institutions—including the National Doping Agency and Indraprastha College.

My research spans over 15 published papers exploring yoga’s impact on stress, mindfulness, and chronic conditions. I’ve also co-authored studies on mantra chanting and dementia prevention. Currently, I am writing two books: Transforming Stress: The Power of Cyclic Meditation and The Science of Yoga Wellness.
I’ve been honored with the High-Quality Research Award from the Gujarat Government and received Best Research Paper accolades at Banaras Hindu University and G.D. Goenka University.

Beyond academia, I actively support social initiatives through GHAR-NGO and RSS’s Baalgokulam, using yoga and education to uplift underserved children. My mission is to make yoga accessible, evidence-based, and deeply transformative.
