Namaste! I’m Snehal Gaikwad Bankar, a certified yoga teacher and wellness educator with over seven years of experience guiding individuals through transformative yoga journeys. My approach blends traditional Hatha yoga with therapeutic insights, making each session a space for healing, strength, and self-discovery.
