
Namaste! I am Dr. Racheal Nikita Sharma, a yoga educator, researcher, and lifelong student of wellness. With over five years of experience as a yoga expert and consultant, I have had the privilege of guiding people from all walks of life—children, seniors, professionals, and expectant mothers—toward balance, vitality, and inner peace.
My Qualifications
I hold a Ph.D. in Yoga from the University of Lucknow, along with a Master’s in Human Consciousness & Yogic Sciences. I am a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance USA and the National Institute of Naturopathy. I have cleared the UGC NET in Yoga and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Naturopathic Science & Yoga. My academic journey includes an MBA in Marketing and a certificate in Research Methodology from ICSSR and Alagappa University.

My Experience
Currently, I serve as an Assistant Professor of Yoga at MIT World Peace University in Pune. I have also worked as a Research Fellow with NCERT and Lingaya’s Vidyapeeth, contributing to Central Government projects focused on yoga, education, and wellness. My research spans over five years, and I have taught yoga in both academic and community settings for more than two years.

I have been honoured with multiple Best Paper Presentation awards for topics like:

• Managing Metabolic Disorders through Yoga
• Yoga & Naturopathy for High Blood Pressure
I have also organized and participated in national seminars and awareness campaigns, including the National Yoga Fest in Hyderabad and the National Yoga & Diabetes Awareness Program.
