Namaste! I am Pooja Singh, a certified yoga instructor with over five years of experience guiding individuals toward holistic health and wellbeing. I hold a Diploma in Yoga Science (2023) and am currently pursuing an M.A. in Yoga. My teaching blends traditional yoga practices with modern lifestyle needs, creating sessions that are sustainable, adaptable, and supportive of long term wellness.

I am the Founder and Lead Instructor of Yognaaya Classes, where I conduct yoga sessions for women, children, and beginners. My work includes organising corporate wellness workshops, conducting classes at NGOs, women’s correction centers, and ministry offices, and leading large scale events such as the 10th International Yoga Day for 200 participants. I specialize in designing personalised yoga programs that focus on flexibility, strength, stress management, and mindful living.
