
I am Malvi Naithani, a 900-hour certified yoga instructor with over 14 years of experience guiding people toward health, balance, and inner strength. I have done my training at one of India’s oldest organised yoga institutes and am certified in prenatal and postnatal yoga by the Ministry of Ayush.
I specialize in helping women through pregnancy and motherhood with safe, nurturing practices.
Beyond this, I have helped countless individuals manage and improve autoimmune conditions, stress, chronic aches, and lifestyle-related challenges, using yoga, mindful movement, and meditation as tools for healing and transformation.
My approach blends traditional yoga wisdom with practical, mindful techniques that restore energy, calm the mind, and reconnect people with their inner resilience.
