
I am Khushee Mandora, a certified Yoga and Wellness Coach with over five years of experience guiding individuals on their path to holistic health. I hold an M.A. in Yoga from Kalidas University, Nagpur (2023), along with multiple certifications in Naturopathy, Acupuncture Therapy, and Prenatal–Postnatal Yoga Garbhasanskar.
My teaching includes strong expertise in Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga, which I have practiced and taught extensively in both clinical and community settings.
I teach Yoga, Zumba, and aerobics, and guide students through yogic kriyas such as Jal Neti and Sutra Neti for conditions like sinus and migraine. My approach combines yoga with naturopathy, diet planning, and acupuncture to support complete wellbeing.
