I am Harshit Tyagi, a yoga educator and advanced practitioner based in Rishikesh. With a Master’s degree in Yoga and a 500-hour Teacher Training Certificate (TTC) from AYM Yoga School, Tapovan, I bring together traditional Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa practices with therapeutic awareness. My teaching blends classical yogic wisdom with practical movement, alignment, and breathwork—helping individuals build strength, balance, and conscious living through yoga.
A key focus of my work is Therapeutic Yoga for Blood Pressure management, where I design safe, evidence-based practices that combine breathwork, relaxation, and mindful movement to support cardiovascular health.
