Dr. Namrata Shekhawat

I am Dr. Namrata Shekhawat, a Public Health Professional, Physiotherapist, and certified Yoga Therapist dedicated to integrating modern health science with traditional yogic principles. My academic journey includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy (PGDYT), a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (BPT), and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH).

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Public Health, with a focus on adolescent health, ergonomics, lifestyle modification, and the prevention of non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
Through my work in yoga therapy, physiotherapy, and public health programs, I aim to make yoga practical, safe, and impactful for everyday life — helping individuals build healthier lifestyles through mindful movement, breathwork, and sustainable practices.
