
Namaste! I am Ashish Pundir, a holistic wellness professional and yoga teacher from Rishikesh, with more than a decade of dedicated practice and several years of teaching experience across India and abroad.
My journey began in the traditional ashram environment of Rishikesh, where I immersed myself in yoga, meditation, and the philosophy of wellness.

• Yoga & Wellness Educator at Prakash Yog Sewa Trust, Rishikesh — leading workshops on yoga therapy, meditation, stress management, and lifestyle correction.
• Yoga Teacher Trainer at Yogis Atma Chaitanya Yoga Ashram, Kathmandu (Nepal) — delivering TTC curriculum for international students, with emphasis on safety, alignment, and cultural sensitivity.
• Senior Yoga Instructor at Mangalam Yogapeeth, Rishikesh — teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini practices, advanced pranayama, yoga philosophy, and conducting Shatkarma and detox workshops.
My Approach
I focus on creating personalized healing journeys and deep relaxation experiences, blending traditional yogic wisdom with therapeutic applications. My work has extended to luxury wellness programs for international guests, where I design transformative experiences that integrate yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and sound healing.
