I hold a Master’s degree in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali and have worked extensively with individuals dealing with stress, chronic pain, lifestyle disorders, prenatal needs, and emotional imbalance.
My professional journey began at Yog Gram Naturopathy Centre, Haridwar (Patanjali Yogpeeth under the guidance of Baba Ramdev ji), where I supported clients through personalised therapeutic yoga programs. Since then, I have conducted tailored sessions for diverse age groups and health conditions, blending traditional yogic wisdom with modern, science backed approaches.
With advanced training in Prenatal Yoga and Yin Yoga, I design gentle yet effective practices that improve mobility, reduce stress, and support emotional wellbeing. I also specialise in Shatkarma (Yogic Cleansing Practices), guiding students through these foundational techniques to enhance physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual balance.
