
I am Ranjay Kumar, a yoga professional with over 15 years of experience in therapeutic and traditional yoga. I hold an M.Sc. in Yoga and a Yoga Instructor’s Course (YIC) from SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore, along with several short term certifications in nutrition, yoga, naturopathy, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
Over the years, I have taught yoga to diverse age groups and health conditions, both online and offline, in Hindi and English. My teaching journey includes working with corporates, groups, and individuals across Bangalore, as well as serving as a Yoga Teacher at Jindal Naturecure Institute and Creative Health Bangalore. I have also conducted sessions for companies such as Syniverse Technology, RPL Ltd., Inmobi, LivNSense Technology, Future First, Affine Analytics, PayAsia, and Yodlee.
I specialize in yoga therapy for back pain, knee issues, diabetes, hypertension, allergies, and lifestyle disorders, and I have helped students improve mobility, manage pain, reduce stress, and build long term health consistency. My approach blends traditional yoga practices, pranayama, and mindfulness with a focus on safe, sustainable wellbeing.
