
I am Anamika Chakraborty, a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher with advanced training from Shubh Yoga Foundation and Shivam Yoga Foundation. Alongside my yoga journey, I am pursuing a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy at Swami Vivekananda University, which allows me to integrate scientific knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics into my yoga teaching.
I have worked closely with students and young learners, helping them manage exam stress, improve posture, and enhance focus and memory through yoga. This experience has strengthened my ability to design routines that support both physical fitness and mental performance.
Over the past year, I have been guiding individuals in weight management, flexibility, strength building, stress relief, and preventive care. My sessions are designed to be practical and problem based, ensuring that each student receives practices suited to their needs.
