Milan Rao

I am Milan Satishbhai Rao, a dedicated yoga instructor and administrator from Ahmedabad, passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. With years of hands-on teaching and organizational experience, I have developed a holistic understanding of yoga education and practice.

My formal journey began with a Diploma in Yoga from Shree Somnath Sanskrit University, followed by advanced certifications, including a National Yoga Referee Diploma from the Yoga Federation of India and a C Grade National Referee credential.

My qualifications also include a Master’s in yogic art and Science from Gujarat Vidhyapith, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Yoga from Vikrant University.

Over the years, I have served as co-founder and trustee of Yog Association Banaskatha, Secretary of Yog Association Ahmedabad, and Joint Secretary for IUYF Gujarat.

My role as National Yoga Referee for the Yoga Federation of India and instructor for the Ministry of Ayush has allowed me to contribute widely to yoga events, workshops, and training programs. I also serve as a yoga teacher at Pinnacle Public School, nurturing young minds in the art and discipline of yoga.

My leadership skills extend to successfully coordinating yoga events and managing teams to achieve organizational goals. I am adept at conducting tailored yoga sessions for diverse groups and overseeing comprehensive training programs.

I strive to create inclusive and effective learning environments for all my students. My mission is to empower individuals through yoga, fostering health, self-awareness, and community well-being.
