
I am Mohit Vidhudi, a dynamic and certified yoga instructor with over ten years of teaching experience across India and Vietnam. My background includes customising and delivering personalised yoga journeys and group sessions for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
I specialise in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Yoga, Shatkarma, and meditation.
With an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University and advanced certifications such as YIC (S-VYASA) and Yoga Instructor for Diabetes Movement, I blend anatomical and philosophical wisdom with a practical approach.
My goal is to empower students to achieve lasting mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
I have led yoga programs at Gold’s Gym Delhi, Neo Fitness, DDA Sports Complex, and international workshops and retreats in Thanh Ha, Hanoi, Vietnam.
I have also conducted group sessions for Delhi University colleges and private institutions, customising postures to address a range of needs – be it strength, flexibility, stress management, or holistic wellness.
My dedication to the field has been recognised through more than 30 national and state-level yoga honours between 2004 and 2018, including top rankings at Delhi State Yoga Championships and National Yoga Olympiads. I have also been a multi-year finalist for Bharat Yoga Ratna and received awards for both team and individual achievements.
Whether teaching, planning workshops, or leading retreats, my approach is highly disciplined.
I am passionate about creating life-changing experiences and helping each student discover their potential through yoga.
