With professional experience teaching at renowned institutions like Ashtang Yoga Studio, Yogasadhna Yoga Classes, and Gopal Garden International High School. I have polished my skills to offer comprehensive yoga training that is both effective and accessible.
I believe in customising the practice to meet individual needs, which is why I offer personalised yoga training. Whether you are looking to address a specific physical or health challenge, improve athletic performance, or simply deepen your practice, I can create a program just for you.
I specialise in: Kidz Yoga and Power Yoga & Functional Training for those looking for a dynamic practice to build strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Addressing Specific Needs: I have experience working with the physically handicapped and those with various health issues, including creating specialized programs for children with special needs.
In addition to one-on-one sessions, I lead group yoga training sessions designed to foster a supportive and communal environment. My group classes handle all aspects of yoga, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
