
Uma Bhanushali is a dedicated Yoga, Pilates, and Diet Consultant with over 23 years of experience in yoga training, holistic health and wellness.
Her journey began with the Teacher’s Training Course at The Yoga Institute in 2003, followed by a Master’s degree from the University of Mumbai. In 2017, she deepened her expertise with a Diploma in Diet & Nutrition from Tulip International.
Uma has trained extensively in disciplines including Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga, Pilates, and therapeutic yoga, conducting workshops and classes for all age groups.
Her unique approach harmonizes the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern practices like Pilates, integrated with scientifically designed diet and lifestyle plans. This potent combination helps individuals achieve a profound balance of mind, body, and spirit.
