
I am Chintan Mehta, a certified Yoga Teacher with a 900-hour Advanced Teachers Training from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai and a Diploma in Yoga from Mumbai University. Over the past eight years, I have been guiding individuals and groups as a Yoga Trainer, Therapist, Counsellor, and Meditation Coach, conducting workshops, camps, and personal sessions to help people achieve physical, emotional, and mental well-being with clarity and compassion.
My experience includes:
- Designing and leading customized yoga modules for stress management, back care, weight management, and holistic healing.
- Conducting corporate wellness sessions for professionals to improve focus, productivity, and work-life balance.
- Organizing and facilitating meditation and breathwork (pranayama) camps to enhance emotional resilience.
- Offering therapy-based yoga practices for lifestyle conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, anxiety, and postural issues.
- Serving as a mentor for aspiring yoga teachers and assisting in teacher training programs.
In addition to Yoga, I also provide guidance in Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Healing, and Life Coaching, supporting those seeking spiritual alignment, self-awareness, and inner transformation.
A Production Engineering graduate from Mumbai University with a PG Diploma in Actuarial Science and a Certificate in Piping Engineering from IIT Bombay, I spent over a decade in the engineering field before following my true calling— Yoga.
