A Gold Medalist from Mumbai University (B.D.S, Government Dental College and Hospital, 1995), I have an illustrious career in dentistry. My deep passion for holistic healing led me to pursue an M.Sc. in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru, in 2020.
I have conducted numerous lectures and yoga sessions for the Indian Dental Association (IDA Mumbai) and on various professional platforms, inspiring medical professionals to integrate yoga into healthcare. I am known for my unique approach, and I often write Pranayam on prescriptions after surgery.
